But I never thought I’d throw seven no-hitters either.” Ryan partnered up with sports attorney Chuck Greenberg for the winning bid. Greenberg will work as CEO and Ryan will work as team president.
Ryan only took a minor sip of champagne that was offered to him when the bid was announced at 1 AM. He was too worn out to celebrate at length.
The next step will be to secure the future of manager Ron Washington. Texas has been one of the top commodities in online baseball betting all year. Washington, nevertheless, is focused on getting the Texas Rangers into the playoffs.
